MHSIBCA AWARDS/FORMS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION (2012) Deadline is March 5, 2012 ALL STATE APPLICATION (2012) Deadline is March 5, 2012 Coaches who wish to submit a Student/Athlete for All State Team consideration should have received, or downloaded an application. These should be mailed in or submitted upon completion of the Regular Season. The Information and Points on the application for Regional and State Finals will be filled in by the Committee. The deadline for submission is midnight March 5, 2012. For those who need a coach application, just click on the link that follows this information. Member Coaches can nominate a worthy individual for Coach of the Year. The Coach should not be nominated simply by Wins and Losses over a Season. There are other factors that the Awards Committee will be looking for in their selection. Member Coaches can nominate a worthy individual for the Coach Hall of Fame. This coach should have been involved with High School Bowling for a minimum of ten (10) years. Schools who wish to post their Invitational Tournament on www.mhsibca.com are required to fill out a Tournament Donation Invoice and encouraged to follow the guidelines for MHSIBCA Approved listings. CONFERENCE POLLING SUMMARY SHEET Schools that wish to be included in the polling should have a conference coordinator fill out this form and mail it in or e-mail it in to the proper people for consideration. |
